Singulr AI raises $10 Mn led by Nexus and Dell Technologies Capital

Enterprise AI startup Singulr AI has raised $10 million in its seed round led by Nexus Venture Partners and Dell Technologies Capital.

It has also launched general availability of its enterprise AI governance and security platform, already deployed across companies in the technology, finance, and healthcare sectors.

Founded by Shiv Agarwal and Abhijit Sharma in 2023, Singulr AI provides technology, IT, and security teams with tools to help them safely adopt AI on a large scale.

The startup claims that its governance and security platform helps companies cut costs by reducing unnecessary AI usage. It also tracks how employees use AI systems, models, and apps to prevent data leaks when uploading files or entering prompts.

Using the Singulr AI platform, CIO and IT operations teams can rationalize their AI service inventory and reduce unnecessary spend, while CISO and risk teams can streamline the onboarding of safe AI use cases while implementing granular policies to prevent data leakage and shadow AI.

The Palo Alto and Pune-based startup is launching with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, ensuring enterprise-grade security and trust.
